The project arranged an international seminar at the university of Oxford (UK) 13-14 March 2018, leading later to a jointly authored article. The article discusses the copyright law treatment of the Pirate Bay platform in case law from a comparative and discourse analytical perspective. Seminar participants were Prof. Harri Kalimo (IES, Free University of Brussels), Prof. Tuomas Mylly (PI of CONST-IP) and Assoc. Prof. Trisha Meyer (Vesalius College of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel).
